what is Paint Correction?
Paint correction is a specialized process that removes surface imperfections like swirl marks, fine scratches, oxidation, and water spots from your vehicle’s paint. Over time, factors such as UV exposure, improper washing techniques, and environmental contaminants can degrade your car’s exterior.
This multi-step process involves precision machine polishing with high-quality compounds, and carefully leveling the clear coat to eliminate defects. The result? A smooth, glossy, and rejuvenated finish that enhances your car’s overall appearance.
WHY PAINT CORRECTION MATTERS
Restore aesthetic appeal
Say goodbye to dull, faded paint! Our expert correction process eliminates imperfections, revealing a deep, mirror-like gloss for a refreshed, like-new appearance.
Prevent further damage
Swirl marks and scratches can worsen over time if left untreated. Paint correction removes these flaws earlier, preventing more extensive (and expensive) repairs in the future.
Boost resale value
A vehicle with a well-maintained exterior stands out to potential buyers. Investing in paint correction helps maintain its market value, making it easier to sell at a higher price.

PAINT CORRECTON LEVELS
Every vehicle’s paint condition is different. After inspection, Corey will recommend the safest and most effective level of correction to achieve the best possible results while preserving clear coat thickness.
Each paint correction service begins with proper wash preparation and surface decontamination to safely remove bonded contaminants prior to machine polishing. This ensures consistent results while protecting the integrity of the paint.
Paint correction is available as a standalone service or at a reduced bundled rate when combined with a Ceramic Coating treatment. Once defects are safely reduced and the paint is refined, applying long-term protection helps preserve clarity, simplify maintenance, and slow the return of everyday wash wear.
Paint Enhancement Polish
What it is:
A light machine polishing service designed to refine the paint surface, restore gloss, and reduce light wash marring and minor haze caused by normal driving and washing.
Best for:
• Newer or well-maintained vehicles
• Paint that already looks good but lacks clarity in direct light
• Owners wanting noticeable improvement without heavy correction work
What it targets:
• Light swirl marks and wash marring
• Minor haze or dullness
• Loss of clarity from everyday use
What may remain:
Deeper scratches, heavier swirl patterns, and isolated defects may still be visible under inspection lighting in order to safely preserve clear coat thickness.
Result:
Cleaner reflections, improved gloss, and a smoother, more refined finish.
Investment:
Starting at $550
One-Step Correction Polish
What it is:
A machine polishing process designed to significantly improve gloss and clarity by reducing moderate swirl marks, oxidation, and everyday paint defects while safely preserving clear coat thickness.
Best for:
• Daily driven vehicles showing visible swirl marks or dullness
• Owners wanting a strong visual transformation without multi-stage correction
• Ideal preparation before ceramic coating protection
What it targets:
• Moderate swirl marks and wash marring
• Light-to-medium scratches
• Oxidation and surface haze
• Loss of depth and reflection
What may remain:
Some deeper scratches or isolated defects may remain where safe removal would compromise paint thickness.
Result:
Significantly improved clarity, deeper reflections, and a noticeable visual transformation while maintaining long-term paint health.
Investment:
Starting at $850
Multi-Step Paint Correction & Polishing
What it is:
An advanced multi-stage polishing process using dedicated cutting and refining steps to maximize gloss, clarity, and surface refinement while safely preserving clear coat thickness. Depending on paint condition and refinement goals, this level of correction may require extended refinement time or multiple days to properly complete.
Best for:
• Dark or sensitive paint finishes that easily show haze or micro-marring
• Enthusiast vehicles seeking maximum gloss and clarity
• Owners wanting the highest achievable level of refinement prior to long-term protection
What it targets:
• Moderate-to-heavy swirl marks and wash marring
• Compounding haze or previous polishing marks
• Light-to-deeper scratches where safe removal is possible
• Loss of depth, sharp reflections, and gloss
Additional refinement:
When appropriate, select isolated defects may receive localized wet sanding to further refine the finish and improve surface clarity. Sanding is performed conservatively with preservation of clear coat as the priority and is not intended for texture leveling or orange peel removal.
What may remain:
Some defects that are too deep to safely remove may remain in order to preserve paint thickness and long-term surface integrity.
Result:
Maximum achievable gloss and clarity with refined reflections and a deep, mirror-like finish tailored to the paint system.
Investment:
Starting at $1,250

FAQS
Any time your paint is polished a small amount of clear coat is removed. So we don’t recommend regularly polishing your vehicle unless there are surface imperfections or haze that you are looking to remove.
Yes! Waxing and standard polishing only enhance shine. Paint correction removes actual defects from the clear coat, restoring your vehicle’s true finish.
Paint correction can remove light to medium scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation. However, deep scratches that have penetrated the clear coat may not be fully removed but can be significantly minimized.
